Club Information:
Cross Trail Squares is a square dancing club that meets in Caldwell, New Jersey. Our club dances alternating Mainstream and Plus tips on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month from September through June. Dances start at 8:00pm and end at 10:00pm. We have a "Plus" workshop from 7:30pm until 8:00pm just before each dance. Dances are held at the Grover Cleveland Middle School located on Academy Road in Caldwell, NJ just one block off Bloomfield Avenue. We encourage visitors from other clubs to come join us for an evening of fun and friendship. Singles and couples are welcome
Many of our members are active travelers often visiting other clubs, participating in weekend events and attending conventions. During 2006, our members have danced from Alaska to Florida, New England to Las Vegas, England and even in Australia!!
In addition to our regular dances, we have "New Dancer" sessions every Tuesday night for anyone interested in learning how to square dance. Please join us for lots of fun, laughter, some light exercise and the chance to meet new friends. Sessions start in both January and September and run for approximately 12 weeks. The New Dancer sessions are held at the same location as the regular dances, but start at 7:30pm. and last until 9pm. Singles and couples are welcome. Upon completion of the New Dancer sessions, you will be able to dance at any "mainstream" square dance in the world! For more information visit our Contact/Directions page.
